Responsibilities:

Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. As the Human Resource Generalist, you will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and safety practices.

  • The person in this position will keep record of benefit plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • You will advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relation issues including but not limited to investigation of accidents, preparing of reports for the insurance carrier, preparing employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ related experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Associate Degree in HR or Business field, preferred
